The transition into adulthood is filled with challenges. Many young people suffer from career uncertainty, financial struggles, personal safety concerns, and a lack of guidance. It's more concerning because young men and women face these struggles alone, unsure of how to navigate life’s critical decisions.

The Grey & Violet Projects exist to change that. Through mentorship, career guidance, financial literacy programs, and empowerment initiatives, we provide young people with the tools to make informed decisions and build meaningful futures.

The Grey Project focuses on supporting and empowering young men. The Violet Project is dedicated to guiding and uplifting young women. Both projects provide access to education, career support, gender empowerment, and financial aid for those in need.
